Delisting of Assets: Which Coins Are No Longer Available in Trustee Plus?

To maintain a high standard of service, Trustee Plus — the cryptocurrency wallet with an integrated payment card, has delisted virtual assets that pose increased regulatory risks or show low user interest on the platform.

The following assets have been affected: Bitcoin Cash (BCH), BitTorrent (BTT), Dai (DAI), Dash (DASH), Monero (XMR), Zcash (ZEC), and Ethereum Classic (ETC). These assets are no longer available to new Trustee Plus users.

However, users with positive balances of these assets will temporarily retain access to certain features. They can exchange them for other coins or tokens, or withdraw them to external platforms or services.

In the near future, Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) and Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) will also be completely removed from the app interface, as they have already been unavailable for transactions for some time. Meanwhile, the Euro (EUR) remains supported and can still be used for top-ups, transfers, and payments.

We are constantly working to enhance our service and will keep you informed about all important updates. Thank you for your continued trust.
