Physical Payment Cards in Trustee Plus

On March 5, 2025, Trustee Plus users gained the long-awaited opportunity to issue physical cards. Currently, the delivery area is limited to the European Economic Area. Therefore, only adult users residing in EEA countries are eligible to obtain a Trustee physical card.

The card is ideal for convenient ATM cash withdrawals and chip payments, and its premium-quality design adds a stylish touch to any wallet. The cost of the physical card is 25 EUR, and the estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 days. Delivery to any country within the European Economic Area is free of charge.

Trustee Plus accepted the challenge, bridging the virtual and the physical to provide users with more freedom, control, and opportunities. For now, physical cards are available on a pilot basis only in European Economic Area countries. Also in March 2025, new terms for issuing virtual cards came into effect. From now on, adult users who have provided a temporary or permanent residential address in EEA countries are eligible to obtain them.
