How to Set Up Passkey in Trustee Plus

1. Update the app.
2. Link your email or Google Authenticator in the Two-Step Verification section.
3. Open Login Methods and select Passkey.
4. Choose your storage option (your phone’s default password manager, a cloud account, or a physical security key).
5. Confirm the action with a code sent to your email — your Passkey will then be created.

After setup, daily login becomes automatic — via Face ID or PIN, with no additional codes.

What to Do If Your Phone Is Lost

If your Passkey is synchronized, access can be restored through your Apple ID, Google Account, or another cloud account. Local keys (stored on a single device or a USB hardware token) cannot be recovered.
