Trustee announces changes to services effective from 1 January 2026

UAB Trustee Global, part of the Trustee group of companies, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, is required to transition from VASP to CASP or cease operations in the Republic of Lithuania from 1 January 2026.

UAB Trustee Global is actively undergoing the transition to CASP; however, at present it is still not considered to have transitioned in accordance with the legislation.

In accordance with the requirements, we inform you that after 31 December 2025, the services related to the exchange and custody of virtual assets provided by UAB Trustee Global will be discontinued.

We remind UAB Trustee Global clients of the need to prepare in advance for this date and transfer the remaining balances of their virtual assets.

UAB Trustee Global will continue working towards obtaining a MiCA licence. The company’s main priority remains ensuring that users continue to receive a reliable, secure, and high-quality service that fully complies with the requirements of the European Union.
