Ethereum (ETH) staking in Trustee Wallet is done using the Lido.Fi DeFi protocol using the stETH token. You can add this token to the main screen in the "Add Asset" tab.

The yield of ETH staking is 4-7% per annum and depends on the amount of blocked Ethereum on the validator address, as well as the average validators online.
