Quicko Digital Card Service Discontinuation

We would like to inform you that Quicko Digital payment cards will stop operating on February 3, following a decision by the Polish financial regulator (KNF) related to the revocation of the license of the issuing partner.

At the moment, Quicko Digital cards no longer process new payments — unfortunately, making transactions is no longer possible. As previously announced, the cards will be fully discontinued during February 3.

If you are expecting refunds for previous transactions, there is no need to worry — all refunds are being processed within the standard timeframe (up to 14 days from the date the refund was initiated).

Please follow updates in the Quicko Digital app, where information about the next steps will be published.

At the same time, the Trustee Plus team is already working on a new card solution, which will be available in the coming days — stay tuned for updates in the Trustee Plus app and our social media channels.
